Leo MacNeil Sydney NS 1991 Mahogany Bowl Small
Leo MacNeil (1928 - 2023) was an incredibly talented woodsmith and sculptor who received the Order of Canada in 2013 for his specialization in traditional woodworking methods. He is most known for his work at the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site, where he crafted and replicated 17th century pieces using the traditional methods from that era, without nails or modern tools!
